Got my hair cut by Olivia three times and each time I am blown away by it! She is extremely talented and listens to the client. She is a genuinely lovely person who is happy to chat or not (I’m a social weirdo so it depends on the day). Amazing intuition and talent- and in my opinion a brilliant value for money! She makes me feel good about my hair in a way no other hairdresser has.
Genuinely love the design and atmosphere, it’s really cool right at the edge of spitalfields.

Polite and attentive but not the most experienced, not value for money,I expressed the dissatisfaction at the end as hair looked similar to natural (I do have a lot of hair but it’s very easy to work on If experienced ) and it took a long time to get there - around 45 minutes ( normally blow dry of my hair takes 15 mins ). Overall I’m not very pleased and I’d ask for price réduction but given how lovely and polite the girl was and knowing that she was trying, I didn’t argue as i should have done
