My hairdresser was quite rough with my hair when washing, blow-drying, and styling (my hair is bleach damaged so clearly needs gentle care). She used a temperature setting way too hot when drying. Her comments about my hair made me feel embarrassed to be there. Hardly used any product (heat protector, finishing oils etc) Just seemed like she didn't know how to do a proper blowout. I'm sorry to leave a bad review but just though it was definitely not worth the money I spent on the appointment
