Poor. Despite my pre-booked appointment, I was squeezed in whilst stylist was doing someone’s colour. Appointment started 20 mins late, and she kept leaving me to check in with them - they complained as they felt they’d been forgotten about. No wonder as they were asked to sit in waiting area all gowned up as no chairs were left. To be honest I felt the same. All *so* awkward! Felt like I was bothering the hairdresser by virtue of paying £50 and having audacity to turn up. Haircut was uneven, all felt rushed, not even a crappy head massage, I just left and booked in elsewhere, I won’t be back.
Overall was good, I had a couple of issues with my highlights being blocky at my temples but the hairdresser was lovely and fixed it immediately (despite them being very busy) and made sure I was happy before I left.
Had the Kerastraight treatment here with Sher, who was great. It's a few weeks later and I'm really happy with the treatment.. but it's worth noting that the smell of my hair in the 48 hrs afterward literally made me wretch whenever it came into contact with moisture. I read a few other similar experiences from this product online, and thankfully it went away :)
