Sarah is one of the best hairdressers in the industry. She’s professional, considerate, kind and just amazing at her job. She’s very respectful and nice also! I tend to struggle to explain what I want but she simply just gets it. Best value for money hairdresser in London, far better quality haircut than the shoreditch shops that charge you close to £90.

In general, the experience was very disappointing. The service was poor, I stayed over 4h and not once they offered a glass of water knowing it was 40C and they have no AC. Same at the shampoo they don't offer towel for your neck, so you just have to stay 15min with your neck directly on the sick, the water was very cold too, I had to ask twice to have it warmer. I had to argue at the end as they wanted to charge me more than the price on Treatwell. I won't be back, I won't recommend this place.
