Really great stylist. Happy with my hair colour. There was a really loud fan at the door which was quite deafening - I understand that it's been very hot so there's no way around that.

The hairdresser was very nice and helpful. Everything went well during treatment however I had to remind the hairdresser that shampoo and conditioner for the client are included in price.

The experience was wonderful and Lorenzo was a perfectionist. The colour is a little bit lighter than I wanted but I will go back to tone it darker.

I paid £50, I asked for a very simple straight trim. My hair is not cut straight, she trimmed my hair longer than she told me she would. She didn’t blend the edges after semi drying. She didn’t show me my back with a mirror after trimming my hair. I asked for my hair to be a little short at the front she said ‘it was a big commitment’. My hair is not straight and had bit of hair that is longer than the rest. For my finish I asked for waves. I was absolutely shocked at her level of effort.
