I went in for my appointment and I was told it was cancelled. I had to reschedule and I have to wait another week to get my hair done. I was told they tried to contact me and there was no missed calls. Very disappointed.

Not impressed with my colour treatment or cut - took way too much when I specifically asked for a trim - 2 inches is not a trim! The balayage was weak. Also disappointed that the toner was included in the Treatwell price and had to pay extra on arrival.
