The appointment was double booked and they didn't inform Treatwell. I still got the reminder texts and emails from you and showed up to an appointment that couldn't get accommodated. I wasn't given priority as I clicked the pay at venue option as this was the first thing I was asked when I got there. I ended up walking out without rescheduling. The receptionist was uninterested to sort it out and even took a call while I stood there. Will never use this salon.

Went there and got a haircut and blowdry. Very happy, except that it seemed like the hairdresser was in bit of a hurry.
