Natalie was lovely I arrived early and talked her through what I wanted after 2 previous horrible hair cuts at a previous salon. she made sure I was happy at all times and left very happy with my new cut for my holiday

Overall my appointment went well, they did a lovely job on my hair and the girl was very nice. On the other hand..even my booking was at 12:00 and got a text confirmation the day prior to my appointment, when I arrived they told me that I was booked for 12:45 and must have been some missunderstanding because I booked through treatwell website.... Also would have liked to get a nice clean "robe" as the one I received was full of hair as it was the floor around my chair.... it didn't feel very good.
