It was my first visit to this salon, very efficient i was quickly booked in & seated , the stylist discussed what I wanted and I showed her a photo to help. She was polite & chatted but not overly. I was pleased with the end result but I feel she should have taken more off my length as discussed plus I think she forgot about the photo I had shown her, my hair cut did not have layers in the back as I had wanted. I was finished in 50 minutes and because I had a really cheap price with the treatwell offer I didn't quibble about the cut if I had paid full price I would have asked the stylist to cut it more to how the photo was.

Booked appointment here, only to be told when I turned up they are fully booked and cannot fulfil my appointment!! Shocking company!
