I got an average colour and a terrible cut with a nervous hesitant hairdresser who made the whole process unpleasant and stressful. £68 down and had to go somewhere else to get corrected.
This was my first time at the salon and my hairdresser was absolutely brilliant. She took the time to talk about what I wanted and asked me questions all along the way to confirm I was happy. The only thing I think should be improved is the professionalism of the younger staff helpers. They did little to no effort to socialise with the clients (e.g. during hair wash) and were also whispering to eachother which I think may give the wrong impression to customers. I’d be happy to come back though since the hairdresser really outdid herself.
