Just Quality, James was a proper professional gave a full explanation of what would suit me and advised what he was doing any why. James took to time to explain to other younger staff his techniques without being pushy or adding to much time to the cut. The Talk / Chat was personable but not over the top & the finish of the cut showed James takes pride in he work he does. will defo be going back. cheers
