They were really friendly and welcoming. Emma made me feel very at ease despite me not really knowing what I wanted, the wash and head massage was great. The haircut was really good overall and exactly why I wanted even if I couldn't articulate it. The finish was a but straighter than I would have liked but the cut itself was perfect and incredible value
Katie did the perfect job on my hair. Really happy to have found a hairdresser who listens and delivers the discussed result. Can't wait to have it coloured now.

The hairdresser made a mistake with my balayage so she try to correct it (it didn’t work) and they charge ME for her mistake, so the price I booked wasn’t the final price
Salon was very quiet an staff very welcoming, stylist took time to listen, very pleased with result
