Tom was lovely. It was the first time I’d coloured my hair and he helped me to pick a colour that would work with my natural hair colour and I love it!! I’ll definitely be going again :)

Great central location. Bit late getting sat down (20mins) but did receive an apology. Girl who cut my hair was lovely and chatty but since I’m not very good with my hair or very adventurous, would’ve appreciated some suggestions from her professional point of view. Anyway love the cut and the colour was exactly as I asked for. Excellent value for money even with the added charge for thick/long hair and a toner (which I’d already seen reviews mentioning so it wasn’t a shock). Will return.

Such a lovely staff with a genuine interest of making the most out of your experience. Katie went out of her way to give me best advice for my hair and treatments, which benefited me personally. The staff wasn't there to rip off their customers, instead they offered the best services at the lowest rate.
I'll definitely be going back, just because of their honesty.
