Absolutely love Pierre Alexandre and made it my usual hairdresser since going the first time and having Tom who is just brilliant. Would definitely recommend!

This was the worst experience at a salon I've ever had. The stylist felt like she was trying to rip my hair out and didn't seem trained at all as she had to ask someone else on how to bleach my hair, she didn't make any effort to talk to me and halfway through my colour I was told I hadn't booked in for a blow-dry (which I had) and if I wanted one I would be charged an extra £29. My other option was what they call a 'self-service', where you get to blow-dry your own hair. At this point I was about to burst into tears. The most unprofessional thing I've ever experienced. My stylist disappeared for about 45 minutes and I had to ask someone to go and find her. This salon is not a 4.7* salon at all and I would recommend choosing somewhere else.

had a cut & finish from Emma, she was absolutely lovely, took loads of time making sure it was right. all the staff seemed really nice and I'll definitely be returning.
