My stylist was very professional and listened to exactly what I wanted before starting, I was advised to have an Olaplex treatment which I am very grateful for as my hair feels so much better for it. The only let down was that the hair cut itself was by a different stylist who didn't not blow dry it very well nor style it afterwards. I went straight home to use my own straighteners.
