Initially the salon messed up my appointment and I had to return at another time.
When I did eventually manage to get my hair done I left really unhappy with a botched cut and half arsed blow dry. If the stylist hadn’t used so much product in an attempt to sell them to me it may have been a different story. Instead I have left with a sticky hairdo that I have had to redo straight away at home.
Avoid avoid avoid.

Didn't feel like a treatment worth £80+ even if it was a deal you should still receive the Same service. had to dry and style my own hair. thought all my hair would be dyed not just highlights considering booked full colour transformation not just highlights. no drink offered. Felt more of a burden than a customer. Felt a little conned to be honest :(

Overall very good, though the appointment ran late and someone tried to wash my hair before I'd had opportunity to discuss what I wanted with the stylist. Besides that, great cut, would go again.
