I never leave bad reviews but this was my second trip to this salon for a blow dry and the second disappointment with the service and treatment. I understand salons are busy in the run up to Christmas and unfortunately I was taken 45 minutes late for my appointment. I felt there were opportunities for staff to be more efficient and attentive to clients and we seemed to be waiting while staff appeared free. I witnessed the client next to me getting a curly blow dry which was beautiful but unfortunately mine just looked messy and not like I’d had a blow dry in a salon which was a little disappointing as I was going to a Christmas Party that evening.
It was awful. The guy who did my hair was lovely but he had been over booked. So I had a 50 minute wait. Half way through my colour he had to cut & blow dry his previous client. I went at 1pm & wasn’t out until 5.30pm. The salon needs organising much better so that the staff are better supported & can provide a better experience for clients.
Another nice experience. Maria kindly offered to swop another client so she could cut my hair as I had made a mistake in asking for a different person. Very accommodating.
Very friendly and welcoming staff. Bit of miscommunication at first, as I had booked an Ombre as I couldn't see a balayage option available online, but this was smoothed out no problem and I just paid a little extra at the end. Hands down the best curly/bouncy blow dry ive ever had, and style lasted a full two days with just some dry shampoo. Would highly recommend
