Had a bit of trouble communicating with Maria due to accents meeting. That made it difficult to discuss what options were available. Other than that, the visit was fine.
I went on Saturday for a blow dry. It was great that I was able to book that online, via TreatWell, just 2 hours prior to the appointment time. Very happy with the services ( Maria was the lady that looked after me). Lovely blow dry and efficient (around 45 minutes and my hair is very thick). Good value for money. I will return ;)
Worst hairdressers I’ve ever been to, to begin with my appointment was 30 minutes late, the stylist didn’t apologise and was very unfriendly. Then after explaining that I wanted my ombré taking further up I was told ‘it wasn’t possible’ even though I’ve been getting it done for years. She then continued to mess with my hair looking confused and had to consult another hairdressers on what to do. The stylist had no idea what to do and I was not confident with the stylist touching my hair so chose to leave the salon without treatment. Luckily I hadn’t paid in advance! If I could give no stars I would....
Awful experience - I had been double booked and so I had to spend the whole afternoon there (2:30pm-7:00pm) just to have my hair highlighted. I had pre paid for a cut and blow dry but they didn't have enough time so I had to dry my own hair and come back for a cut and blow two days later. Due to being double booked I was very neglected, the stylist left my hair in foils for far too long, once it was finally washed off my hair was white/grey. Obviously so disappointed with this when I had requested a caramel colour! The stylist did apply a toner to try and correct this but it was still so grey/white. I have since had to go to another hair salon to have my colour corrected.
