I book an appointment for hair makeover and could not have it ,the stilist said my hair would not take any bleach therefore you can't have a hair make over she offres me Olaplex treatment and suggested to have 3 more treatment before she could apply any hilightin products.inwas still charged 39 £ as if I had a hair makeover.

Appointment time changed the night before which I most definitely would not have minded except: - treatment was booked for 1 hour and lasted 30 minutes - I was offered a drink which never appeared - unfortunately face splashed during hair wash and my head was 'red hot' at some points during hair drying - I did not have the person booked in with - I think I was meant to have a complimentary hair treatment which never materialised. Won't go back I'm afraid although my hairdresser was friendly and place lovely.

Colour was really nice but not happy with haircut I paid £50 which should of been £100 which I would not of paid for people don't even know I have had a cut
