I book an appointment for hair makeover and could not have it ,the stilist said my hair would not take any bleach therefore you can't have a hair make over she offres me Olaplex treatment and suggested to have 3 more treatment before she could apply any hilightin products.inwas still charged 39
£ as if I had a hair makeover.

Appointment time changed the night before which I most definitely would not have minded except:
- treatment was booked for 1 hour and lasted 30 minutes
- I was offered a drink which never appeared
- unfortunately face splashed during hair wash and my head was 'red hot' at some points during hair drying
- I did not have the person booked in with
- I think I was meant to have a complimentary hair treatment which never materialised.
Won't go back I'm afraid although my hairdresser was friendly and place lovely.

Colour was really nice but not happy with haircut I paid £50 which should of been £100 which I would not of paid for people don't even know I have had a cut

I usually go to Pierre Alexandra in Manchester but the Didsbury venue is far more convenient for me so thought I'd give it a try. I was very happy with the service offered and felt like they really put the customer first and were happy to answer any queries and offer suggestions which was very appreciated. Would highly recommend and will be going back :-)
