Absolutely awful! The first time I booked here I turned up and the shop was shut - they had rang to confirm my appointment that day, then when I rang the Manchester salon asking why the Didsbury shop was shut they said they were meant to ring and cancel my appointment but they confirmed it with me 'by accident'. Gave it another go but this time they rang me THE NIGHT BEFORE my booking to tell me it was cancelled because they'd over booked by accident. Absolutely shocking customer service will never be booking here again.

I had a haircut and blowdry on 23rd Jan by Liz and she was absolutely brilliant.. she took the time to understand what I wanted and made sure that I liked it. I am so happy with the result and will definitely be coming back
