Well turned up 5 minutes before my appointment to be told that the girl who was suppose to be doing my hair was off sick and there were no other appointments available.
The girl at the desk said 'oh I tried calling you or it may have been another girl I'm not sure' clearly wasn't me then as I had no missed calls.
I then had to go across to road to boots and buy some hair dye and do it myself. I was attending a big event that night so couldn't reschedule. This is not the first time they have messed up my appointments. Let's just say I will be going somewhere else from now on.

The person on the reception desk was disinterested and offhand. The 'expert colourist' discussed what I wanted and advised me but after applying the colour never came back to check on me or to see the end result! The person who cut my hair didn't give me enough opportunity to explain what I wanted.

Beautiful place and Natalie my hairdresser was lovely and really knew what she was doing. She compltely understood what I was looking for and then talked me hrough how she was going to do. Will definatly be back!

Had a bad experience at this salon . The staff were very rude, unprofessional and unwelcoming .The colourist asked a junior (Nadina) to wash my hair and put toner , it was obvious she did not want to do it . She didn't speak a word to me yanked my head back, barked orders, used cold water , clawed her fake nails into my scalp , scraped a brush very roughly through my hair, plonked the toner on and walked off without saying a word to me . I was left very upset.
Her and her colleague were bad mouthing other staff members and I was treated like I didn't exist .
The actual colourist I had Hannah was exceptional however she is let down by her team .
