Colour was great ambience not so much music is a bit "too cool for school" ok on a night out house lounge music , not so great when you want to chill out and get your hair done. Stylist did great colour but didn't appear very friendly and chatty like some of the other stylists were with their customers. Was offered a cup of coffee twice but never received one - would go back for colour at reduced price if I'd paid full price I'd be really disappointed

Colour was very professional - pleased with the final result.
However, the appointment system was clearly overly booked. The hairdresser did not know what I had booked in for and was surprised when I informed her I was getting a cut as well as a hair colour, despite showing her my treatwell booking confirming. This seemingly was an inconvenience.
The hairdresser did not talk to me at all whilst she was colouring and was clearly rushing through. I was not offered a drink or magazine until I had been there for an hour.
The cut was fine - however I never have my hair blown straight but the hairdresser dried it first and then cut it after without asking me how I wanted it blow dried.
The staff were nice people, I think they were just very rushed to the point of damaging customer service.
