First of all, my appointment was moved then the cut was cancelled. With a pending holiday this was not convenient however forgivable if it wasn't for the rest...
I arrived and they were 20 mins late, my colour consultation was... non existent then a woman started slapping colour on without even combing my hair (or offering me a water). She then said "40 minutes yes" (this was the extent of the conversation) and disappeared to someone else for 50 minutes. The colour is totally wrong and nothing like what I asked for and the cut was non existent. I believe I have done better jobs with home kits from wilkos. Extremely disappointed and very very upset with the results - I look awful and the colour doesn't suit me in the slightest. Infact i would even go as far as saying it is the worst experience I've ever had in a hairdressers.

Had a great experience at this salon as always - staff are so friendly, professional and knowledgable. Special mention to Amber who is a colour genius! Love my new hair so much, will defiantly return again :)
