It was ok, but the staff were short staffed (i was told) which meant that my colour stayed on for 50 mins. no magazines but i was offered a drink.......very basic experience

I was informed on the booking's day that due to a leak in the Didsbury salon, my appointment has been moved to the King Street salon. Altough not great news, I was happy to still have an appointment and I appreciate they made efforts to keep the clients' appointments, as much as possible.
Colour services - fairly satisfied
Cut and finish - good ( just that the blow dry lasted a bit more than I was expected, I had the impresion that the stylist wanted to keep me there until the closing time)
Overall good value for money
