Terrible, a total scam!! Don’t book with this salon despite the supposedly low offers, and definitely don’t pay in advance or you will lose your money. I have booked treatments with this vendor twice, one through here and one through groupon and both times they didn’t honour the bookings, and cancelled my appointments without informing me first.

Cancellation at last minute due to staff illness. Tried to rearrange but no answers despite attempting to contact multiple times. Very disappointing.

Kept being interrupted by people in the reception area instead of them being dealt with my another staff member. Bikini wax was good but missed lots of hair on my legs. The salon’s reception team had managed to cancel my appointment but the great therapist squeezed me in anyway! Thank you!
