So....I've just checked my bank account and I was charged by treatwell online when I booked and also paid at the counter. I hope this is read and rectified because the last time this happened recently through treatwell I had to go through s long process.
Unfortunately my appointment wasn’t synced to the venue as when I turned up rushed during lunch break I was told I am not booked in. Very dissatisfied as no availability until next week. What a waste of precious time and i would have rated 0 star if poss. Don’t know which system caused this mistake but this shouldn’t happen at all.
The appointments wasn’t even booked turned up and was told there is no appointment for me I wasted my time, they turned around and blamed treatwell for this, as I was walking out a women like me who was turned away said they do this a lot and that she is certain that they lie! Will never use this place!
Turned up for my appointment, and went up to an empty waiting area (the beauty section is above a hair salon). I initially thought that was fine as all the Therapists must have been busy, but I was there for 25 minutes (including going 15 mins into my appointment time) with no one approaching me at all. In the meantime I could hear several members of staff running up and down the stairs mucking about, and continuing into the staff room, screaming and giggling all the way. All this made me feel I didn’t want a Therapist to do an intimate waxing treatment, so I got up and left. No-one called me to check where I was, so generally a really strange and disappointing experience.
