Good eyebrow wax nice shape, but they had no tweezers to get any stray hairs at the end which seemed strange for a beauty salon, so I had to do it when back home.

No consideration for clients . I left work to teach for two weeks pre booked appointment just to be told they couldn’t find me on the system. And no apologies when I questioned it. I am disappointed and disgusted.

Really disappointed. They don't syncronise their own diaries with Treatwell appointments and allow customers like me to turn up to their appointment just to be told you don't have a booking as you've been double booked with another client. Not apologetic at all - shouldn't be advertising appointments on Treatwell if you can't fulfill them.
