If I could leave no stars I would do. This is without a doubt, the worst company I have ever had to deal with in my life. Sold me an unlimited facial package on my 1st visit, which is not unlimited as can only use every 2 weeks. The microdermabrasion (face) in the offer is only 15 mins (Normally 30 on here) and so it would be cheaper for me to just keep booking those and pay one by one. Twice they’ve got my appointment wrong. First time it was cancelled and then the 2nd they moved the time and told me I was late so didn’t have time for my treatment. I’ve complained but they don’t bother to get back to you. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Treatwell did not sync their appointment so there was no record of me booking. Had to wait half an hour to be seen and as I was being squeezed in, it was a rush job and not only were bits missed but I am also in pain. Strip waxing was also used instead of hot wax which was booked. However, the girl who did the treatment was lovely.

Appointment was double booked through treatwell so I had to come back the next day for another appointment. Staff were very apologetic and accommodating with rescheduling

Was really pleased with how my brows looked, but unfortunately during waxing, a segment of skin about the length of my eyebrow had been torn off on my eyelid and is now scabbing over
