My hair was blow dried broadly speaking as agreed however it was not as slick and smooth as it should have been. It indicates that the stylist is not very experienced with tick and unruly hair and I have specifically asked for an experienced stylist knowing my hair. I’ve asked the stylist to correct a bit but it was a bit too late as the hair was dry and only so much could be done.

I’ve had dozens of lash lifts before, but it was my first time here. The chair setup and technique was a bit uncomfortable - more pokes and fussing with my lashes than usual. My lashes don’t look any different, they are still pretty straight, which is a bit disappointing. The staff was kind, though.
