I booked Olaplex but was informed they didn’t stock it, then attempted to upsell a more expensive alternative. The substitute product left my hair drier and brittle, and the stylist also ignored my requested style.

My hair was blow dried broadly speaking as agreed however it was not as slick and smooth as it should have been. It indicates that the stylist is not very experienced with tick and unruly hair and I have specifically asked for an experienced stylist knowing my hair. I’ve asked the stylist to correct a bit but it was a bit too late as the hair was dry and only so much could be done.
