Ladies' Full Head Highlights

I went in to get a full hair colour, cut and blow dry. However I was informed by the hairstylist Demi that a full head colour would not cover my greys. She suggested a balayage with a root tint and that took the total to £204 which was more than the price on treatwell. The balayage colour was not what I had requested. All my greys weren’t covered and my hair colour looks terrible. I’m deeply upset as if I knew this was the colour I would get then I would never have booked an appointment.
