I had pre-paid for the appointment, however Demi informed me that I needed to pay an extra fee for the amount of hair I had and an additional £20 for a toner (which I didn’t ask for). This brought the total to £165 which is the most I’ve spent on my hair. Frustratingly, I noticed when I got home that my roots were more prominent than when I arrived at the salon. I’m now having to book elsewhere for a t-section to sort them out.
Demi was very friendly but overall, a very disappointing service.
