I'm an amateur runner with not much experience and recently I had a few running related injuries. I had 3 physiotherapy sessions at Apps Physiotherapy over last 3 months to treat Iliotibial Band Syndrome and a minor calf strain After the initial anamnesis my injuries have been assessed and treated with massage. I have been suggested ad hoc exercises and training pattern in order to facilitate recovery and prevent further problems. The environment is relaxed, Sophie is very friendly and at the same time she extremely professional. She always tries to meet patients needs and doesn't try to "sell" you more than what you actually need. I strongly recommend Apps Physiotherapy.

Apps Physiotherapy is a private musculoskeletal Physiotherapy clinic based in Harold Wood, Essex. I offer physiotherapy assessments, treatments as well as sports massage and 1:1 Pilates. I am fully insured and a Chartered Physiotherapist with 6 years of NHS and private practice experience.

My goal is to diagnose dysfunction, get you moving better again, and able to lead your life as you know it. I will work with you to try and achieve your goal – be it running your fastest marathon to date, or simply to get the washing out without back pain.
