The therapist was pleasant enough by sadly didn’t ask me how my treatment was when she had finished and I left with a hairy knee, which I had to wax myself when I realised. There was a spot light directly above my face during the treatment and the only time a light is needed in someone’s face is when you’re treating their face (I had a leg wax). The therapist was going over the same area repeatedly and my hair grew back 5mm in less than two weeks! Sorry but too many errors for me.

Ok facial overall. I was surprised the ‘bespoke’ didn’t mean you can tailor it to your needs, but after raising this with my therapist she offered to use a serum which would help with the outcome I wanted which seemed fair. Although not bespoke really. Main negative is you can hear all the other therapists at the top of the stairs chatting and laughing, i don’t want to be a grump but it was loud enough you could hear over the relaxing music which is a shame
