I had a lovely back and shoulder massage by one of the ladies at Phoenix (I'm sorry I didn't catch her name!), but she made me feel at ease, so much so I nearly kept falling asleep! The place has a calming atmosphere and I felt very welcome. I would definitely go back again. I highly recommend Phoenix Health and Wellbeing, as its great value for money for anyone wanting to treat themselves.

Very relaxing treatments and the staff were lovely. The decor is quite plain but that didn't detract from my treatment and I would go again.
