Another lovely visit to Phoenix Health and Wellbeing. I had reflexology treatment, which was extremely relaxing whilst being done and I felt the benefits afterwards. It was carried out by an experienced practitioner, who was able to point out a couple of problem areas to look at. I love this place and look forward to my next visit.

A good lymphatic drainage. An experienced therapist. The only thing is the ambience. The could try to change the decoration so it would look like a massage center. I'll go back soon.
