Ploy was excellent. I went in with a lot of lower back pain. She was incredibly skilled and attentive. After just 60 mins I left with real relief. She clearly values helping, showed me great stretches and aftercare. I felt safe and well looked after.

Ploy was amazing. I came in with a crick in my neck and lots of stiffness across my back and shoulders. I was barely able to turn my neck, and now feel like I have normal movement back. I think I will need to make this a more regular part of my self care regime
