Lelia was amazing since the consultation process, asking the right questions to make sure I would be happy with the result - which I was! Instead of highlights she proposed balayage for a more natural look, instead of bleach she proposed using permanent color to cause less stress to the hair - and less fading - and was very friendly and professional. I will come back and I sure recommend her for color services!
