I have been to Peterpenny's before and was so happy with the results but I am extremely disappointed by my latest visit. My colour (balayage) looks awful, I had to wait for almost an hour for my appointment, and I was overcharged (I asked for a quote upfront, yet they somehow managed to charge even more than that). Really disappointed, as I was a huge fan of the salon until this most recent visit.
