I have been coming to Peterpenny’s for almost 20 years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else to have my hair cut and coloured. Penny is a master colourist and has transitioned me from very dark brown to ash blonde as I am now predominantly grey. People are surprised to learn that I am not naturally light haired due to the natural look she has achieved for me!
