Penny has been tending my hair since before I met my husband, and that was in 1995. If I had to choose between them, it would be tricky......;D Which is to say: I cannot recommend Penny, Peter, and their team highly enough. Highly skilled hairdressers, and a lovely comfortable atmosphere. Go let Peterpennys do your hair!!
