I’ve finally found the perfect salon! The people were so lovely and wow my hair looks amazing, I so rarely love my hair after getting it done because being a fake blonde but attempting to look natural is so tough! Yet they nailed it, thank you so so much. I highly recommend this place! I live on the other side of London yet I’m gonna go to Putney every time - so worth it.

Booked a balayage, but stylist did foil highlights instead... so my highlights look very uniform and less natural than I wanted.
Stylist was almost 30mins late in starting my hair too, despite me arriving a bit early; which resulting in the whole experience feeling very rushed.
The color looked passable in the salon, but after first wash my hair just looks like I have many greyish blah streaks :/
I also felt very uncomfortable when the stylist called all the other stylists over to look at my hair color. Being surrounded by people like that made me feel very anxious and it felt like forever.
Overall the experience was not worth the price, especially considering I paid an extra 20£ for a smoothing treatment that lasted one wash and had to pay extra for toner.
Will have to get this mess fixed elsewhere. :/
