I love Peterpennys. They are all so professional and knowledgable plus managing so well with all the Covid restrictions. I have never been disappointed with any treatments or styling. Totally recommend.

Very pleased to get fast appointment same day as I needed a haircut due to attempting to snip some bits myself...!!!! I asked Amy to wear a mask instead of the visor she had on as I knew it was safer....she did this straight away and she also cut my hair beautifully. A lady in the chair next to me had no mask on ...after a while I told Amy I was unhappy being next to someone without a mask and she spoke to the stylist who requested the woman wore one......

The hairdresser burnt my hair as they were rushing to bleach my hair. I complained by phone but they said they used some treatment to my hair. They told me I have to pay for additional haircut but they cut my fringe already but all of it is burnt. Never going back again. Ruined my self confidence.
