I've been training with Judit Ressinka for around 4 years. She has encouraged me and made me fit and strong enough to do so many things that I never dreamed possible before. Just last weekend, I cycled to Brighton and managed to get all the way up Ditchling Beacon (the mammoth hill just before Brighton) without stopping. Those single leg squats we've been doing really came into their own. I'm in my mid thirties and am much fitter and stronger than ever before. I have a stressful job and find my sessions with Judit a life saver, allowing me to let off steam and unwind at the same time; I even look forward to them. Didn't think I'd ever say that!

Absolutely wonderful! Judit can adjust her training to fit your requirements, if you just started or if you need to recover from injury or if you want to up your strength training - she can accommodate all your training needs. She will furthermore talk you through a diet plan if you want to go one step further. Plus she is is always in high spirits, fun and energetic. If you want this person to accompany you whenever you want to get rid of stress, she is your best choice. (Alex, trained with Judit for 2 years)

Judit belongs to the next generation of expert physical trainers.
