I have booked my appointment at a specific time and I got seen nearly 30mins late. I love my underarm wax. However, she messed up my eyebrow completely & my Hollywood wax was incomplete & was not done to perfection. - she missed out my belly I had to ask her to do it & she also missed out my bum. I am highly disappointed at the service today. Will not be going back to this location & will not be making any recommendations.
