I love how service is so personalised. The ladies (especially Carla) take the time to know your name. Booking it was super easy although on the weekends there’s a bit of a wait. The nail technician is one of the best I’ve been to in London.

Came there for an Olaplex treatment and the lady asked me if I wanted a haircut and blow dry as well.. She gave me her business card and told me about her services and told me twice to check her instagram.. She also wanted me to buy from her a heating protection bottle. I just wanted to relax and treat my hair.
