I got a Gel Mani & Pedi. When I booked the cost was listed as £35. She felt rushed & not overly attentive. I was surprised when at the end the cost was £45. After leaving I realised that the gel polish on my toe was smudged. I called but no one answered. When I finally got through they said they would be unable to fix it that day as the nail tech was away. When booking I thought this was a nail salon and was shocked there is 1nail tech. Over the next days other polish came off. Disappointing
