With it being my first time to ever have a wax I was extremely nervous. Carla was so lovely, very welcoming, knowledgable, gentle and reassuring. She is very chatty which helps take the edge off, you forget that your having a wax. I was referred by a friend and can honestly say I will be going back and have told a number of friends about her and the services.
