I like Carla as a person and this venue is cheap, however, she is not thorough and her waxing technique isn’t very good. I am always left with hair and the way she pulls off the waxing strip makes it unnecessarily painful (she doesn’t do that thing with the hand where you put pressure on the waxed area directly after pulling off the strip). I noticed her glasses are always on top of her head and she doesn’t wear them when waxing, so maybe she has bad eyesight which is why the wax is never clean. Anyway, you get what you pay for.
